headaches?

Thanks for everyone's help so far. i probably should've have mentioned it in my original post, but my headache was in the back of my head, not my forehead.

i'm guessing CO2 due to my breathing or "skip breathing" is the problem. any other thoughts/advice would be great.

Are you speaking literally when you say the headache lasts for days? If so i'd consider getting someone to check that out.

Or does it last "all day" until you sleep and come back after diving the next day?

If the latter is the case CO2 retention and breathing technique would be my suspect. As for how to deal with it, talk to the instructor about breathing technique. You need to make sure the exhale is full and breathing has a nice slow but steady rhythm. A bit hard to describe on a forum how to do it though - im sure the instructor can show you in person.

Any nausea associated with it?
