There is an ATM in PG. its on the main road that goes up the hill from the ferry. Head up past the alley to Atlantis and its on the right about a block or two up. I had no trouble getting cash but i paid approx $15 in fees which is normal for me overseas. Your best option is to get pesos from your US bank, order them in advance.

this standard Euro-Asian Dive schedule where you actually have to sign-up for coming dives might be an education.

What is the difference between US schedule and euro american? I have done most of my dices in Spain and Egypt so I'm curious about this.

Don't worry, during the Invasion you'll be diving in groups of 6 with the same divers and DM's for all your dives. The only exception for that may be late afternoon and night dives when only a few are diving.
