We sell Tilos suits at the shop that I teach for. The students have been impressed with the Tilos suits in rental, especially in the colder water they are diving in right now. Some have even bought the Tilos suits after certification. I plan on buying a Tilos 3mm this summer.
I can't speak for Harvey's. I am not familiar with them.
