Have you considered renting a villa or home? I would suggest somewhere in Sabadeco, on the water with a pool. Seeing your address (I'm from the Jersey Shore originally)... you would probably consider the pricing extremely reasonable. The house reef is a pile of rubble--the worst dive site on the island, in my experience.

Woops..Hit the wrong button..
Vladimir.. The best way to dive off Harbor Village is to go to the southern most entry point, cross the channel underwater & then dive "Something Special". If memory serves me correctly it's less then a 10 min swim.
