How often does the Harbour at Coz. get closed? Hoping to be there late Feb. I also agree flights are not cheap even to Cancun.

The ports get closed in Cancun, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen and Cozumel possilby once every two weeks in December/January and more intermittently at other times
