lechon is different from paksiw na lechon (this is leftover lechon cooked with lechon sauce, vinegar, sugar & garlic).

I just had lechon last weekend! I scooped up some to my plate plus sauce but Myra returned 3/4 of what I got. Bummer......and nag nag nag.
