That is really sweet! I am leaving the island for a few days for a much needed mini-vacation after Carnaval and Spring Break!

I am going to be a tourist on the mainland!!!!!

That's one of the things I miss most about this time of year in the hill country!

Unfortunately, I don't get to go all the way home on this mini-trip. I only have a couple of days where I can sneak away and leave Raul in charge. I am headed to Tulum and Playa del Carmen...so not far away. When you live on an island...you HAVE to gett away every once in awhile (island fever), even if just for a day or two. I am loking forward to it though!
