Hammerhead out of business?

Hi All,

I have a friend trying to order the hammerhead backplate and their phone number no longer works. Does anyone know if they are out of business? Maybe they have a new number? Any info would be great.

Also, if you have any other recommendations for low cost backplates that would be great!

Don't know about Hammerhead but Deep Sea Supply has quality BPs for reasonable prices.

Woa... $214 for a DSS >> $79 for a hammerhead

Actually $214 is way more expensive than most backplates such as oxycheq, diverite or OMS.

I can confirm Hammerhead is indeed still in business!

I ordered my SS backplate and 2-piece STA online at the new Hammerhead website on August 5th, and received it in the mail today (August 9tH). Great service considering the the distance the plate traveled to reach me and the fact that shipping and handling were only $15 (via USPS).

The backplate and STA are very heavy duty.
