Yes, I would definitely recommend a Lembongan based op as well. But if you want to go on an early morning dive with them, prepare to spend the previous night on Lembongan. I think the first speed boats for Lembongan leave at 7:30-8:00, occasionally later, and they are often late (mine was late by 1.5 hours).
