Anyone use the 2 piece HH STA with 8" diameter tanks?
I set up my HH backplate today for the first time using HH 2 piece STA. Need the 2 #s it puts behind me. The STA is apparently cut for 7.25" diameter tanks, but I am using 8" diameter tanks. First think I noticed it the big tank does not snug in to the STA like a "standard" tank. It also holds the tank another 1/4 " off the plate.
Aside from the added distance off my back, wondering if there is anything else I need to know or need to deal with?
Thanks

Just an update.
I sent an email to Hammerhead Scuba. They said send the STA back, they are bending me one to accommodate my 8" tanks.
Great service.

Agreed, there service is unbelievable. I have bought both their aluminum and stainless plates and there follow up is outstanding.

Ill go on record too. Mark and Ed at HH provide exemplary customer service. Their follow up is fantastic.
