You could try fitting the two litre bottle of pop into the top of a piece of pvc with the end cap on the bottom and use an old vest for your bc with a piece of velcro on the back to hold up the tank!

Go Vintage and and make a set of double 2 liter soda bottles.

Here is a picture of my wifes Mini Cooper at a halloween costume party in 2008. This was our first attempt and much to our surprise, we won first place. She even made a sign that said "Finally, something that looks good in a Speedo"
