I would recommend dry dive in London Chamber (no dry suit and brilant vis :)) to start with,and then along south-west plenty of day dive boats like "channel diving" from brighton just 2hrs drive from london.very good dive centre in portland-weymouth "breakwater" but I am affraid all are dry suit jobi from oct to jun and about 3 lakes and 2 quarrys with v.good vis.All in range 150 miles from london.hope this will help a little.
