Halfway Rock question

Hey all,

I dove Halfway Rock this past weekend with my daughter. On what I believe was the S/SE side of the rock in 30-40 feet, we saw a bunch of yellow plastic markers affixed to the rock. Most, if not all, had numbers on them. There were also some stainless bolts affixed to the rock in the same area.

Anyone know what they are? The dive guide wasn't sure and actually hadn't seen them before.

I've seen the tags you are talking about. I'm not sure what they were/are used for. I've asked a few other people from the area, they don't seem to know either.
