Found a Halcyon SS plate, H webbing, Storage back pad, and a Pioneer 36lb wing used and trying to get an idea of what a good price on the set would be? Any buddy bought a similar setup that they can help me figure the price? I reckon even on used gear it is something like this: Backplate + Wing + H Tax = X

I'll give you $20 for it all. :D

Probably go for $300-$375 on here or eBay (assuming cambands are included) - price on eBay will be higher but you'll pay higher fees. The Pioneer 36 seems less desirable than the Pioneer 27, a nice example of the latter just by itself going for $275 plus $30 shipping on eBay recently.

Cool I haven't actually bought it, it is for sale local and trying convince myself that I need it ...

I paid under $300 for the same set-up with an STA (wing has no cam slots) and a set of the Scubapro cam bands with the metal buckle thingies a few months ago. I'm pretty sure it was $250 but it might have been $275. That included shipping costs.

Thank you kmurray how have you liked it?

I like it. I prefer my Pioneer 27 since it doesn't require an STA, but the 36 was a better choice with my drysuit. I don't notice a difference between the functioning of the different size wings. My only complaint about the 36 is that it's longer than my short stumpy hp72s :)

Thanks again. I am going to have to pass. It is 300 and located in Utah if someone else wants it I will play middle man for just the cost of shipping it to you.
