Opps. Sorry those are for a 14.
If you are running a Halcyon plate, or any plate for that matter, just make your own. Cut a piece of webbing and apply heat to the ends of the webbing to keep it from fraying. Place a hole towards the end of the strap and secure it through one of the bolts on the backplate. I use a small bungee at the bottom of the plate that goes around the valve. Has worked great for many years. You can see mine in this pic attached to the plate on each setup.
