Thank you for that, I had read quite a bit about whether there were differences between the old and new style Halo and which SP models they correspond to, so that saved me some trouble! The "issue" that I'm now having is that I have an official Halcyon service kit, but I'm working off the SP diagrams with SP part numbers. There is a chart where I can check the measurements of the O-rings, but it would be great if there was a diagram with Halcyon part numbers!
If you send me photo of O rings side by side I'll tell you what goes where.

-016 largest x2 for barrel
-014 second largest x1 jam nut
-011 third largest x1 adjustment knkb
-010 or 902 fourth largest x1 orifice
-008 fifth largest x 1 flow vane
Smallest x2 poppet.

Halo regardless of iteration and G250V are for the most part save cosmetics are identical. All internals are the same and interchangeable.

Note: do not replace flow vane O ring unless you need to unless you have a new replacement flow vane. On the Halo/G250V it is snap in and is only supposed to be used once ( I have re used them without issue on my own regs).

Sorry, late reply! Thank you again for this! I should have been clearer, it's the first stage (H-75P) I'm struggling to find O-ring information for. I have the official service kit, so I reckon with a little trial and error it should be fine, but having to dry fit first to check before I grease anything sounds like a bit of faff. Attached is a photo of the fully disassembled first stage and a scan of the insert that came with the service kit. Helpfully, the insert is "actual size", so I can lay the O-rings right on top to see which is which, but as I don't have a diagram with the Halcyon part numbers and don't know how to convert the Halcyon part numbers to Scubapro part numbers then I'm not really sure which is which.

I appreciate any help with this, and please be assured that I'm not so aloof as to think I didn't do this to myself! I should have taken notes when I took it apart! I do have 2 more first stages to do still, so another option is for me to document it as I take it apart, but as I now have a Cadbury Heroes tin full of regulator parts I'm trying to avoid disassembling another one before I know I can put the first one back together!

I don't appear to be able to send you DMs, possibly because of a low post count!

Thank you kindly for the offer of the master sheet! I have a chart for SP that shows me the O-rings up to the MK20, and I believe the change from the MK20 to the MK25 was to get rid of the shims and move to the adjustable seat retainer, otherwise the O-rings are all the same as I understand it. So I think what you're probably suggesting is that I can identify the O-ring part numbers from the MK25 diagram, check their measurements on the master sheet, then figure out the equivalent O-rings from the Halcyon kit?
