Bought this from another SBer, who I assume did the patch job. Has held up without problem for a few dozen ocean dives as part of my loaner rig, but replacing the bladder is always an option. The only patch on the bladder is the one pictured, but there's a second patch on the outer shell. I checked the wing thoroughly for air leaks in the tub, found none, and it holds air overnight.
