I can't ask for better service than I just received from Halcyon. I purchased a 10 Watt HID last summer. It started to leak a bit this summer. My LDS checked it out and it seemed better for awhile, but then it started to leak again, with no apparant cause. I emailed Corey Smith in late October describing the problem and he told me to send in the light. It was turned back around within a few days of arriving there and got back to me today. Looks like they replaced a bunch of stuff (ballast, bulb, switch, sealing glands and the cord). While I wish it hadn't crapped out to begin with, the test of customer service is when things go wrong... Even the battery looks like it has been re-shrinkwrapped, so I'm guessing it was taken apart to look for damage.
