Haigh this Saturday??

Hi all,

Had a dive planned for this Saturday at Haigh Quarry in Kankakee, IL and my buddy had to bail on me. Still would like to get wet.

Anyone already going to be up there or want to meet me?

In looking at the calendar, the 21st is a Saturday? Either way, I'll see what is going on if I can't go this Saturday.

Hi Ken,

Sounds good to me. What is the best way to get there. I found it on the map but have never been there. Please give me directions. Also, do they have air or do I need to bring a tank or 2? Cost to get in?

Apparently there was an accident of some sort on Saturday.
We recovered the chap's BC on Sunday morning.

Anyone know anything about it?

i'm sorry, I meant Sunday 22nd. Either way, we dive there regularly. June 12th (Sunday) and June 26th (Sunday) we will be there. We get there between 8:00 am and 9:00 am in the water 10:00 am home by 3:00 pm. Drop me a line so I can look out for you if you decide to come.

Yes it's SPRING!!! (Returning to diving and Scubaboard after a long winter)

June 12th and 26th look good for me. I'll also be there Sunday May 15th. One of the guys I work with finishes his open water that day and I promised I'd come out and dive with him. He won't finish until mid-afternoon so I'll prolly just pair up with whomever I can find.
