Not sure manufacturer who originally makes it. I think it is branded by the guys at divervision which is why the brand is unknown. Friend just purchased one but he has not taken it diving yet. I've not gotten my hands on it to be able to tell the quality.

In pictures seems somewhat similar to the FIT2500 flare, though only a single button vs. the normal two, so possibly a cost down/lesser version of that torch.

I've since used this light on several dives in both cold and warm water. I like it, but the lack of flash detection / auto shut off is a bit annoying. This sucker is pretty bright, and even on the lowest modes it can overpower your strobes if you're shooting manual on a minimal setting (say, if you're trying to get some shadows). It's not really a problem shooting TTL, although the red setting can still show up in photos The UV light works as advertised, and it was pretty cool seeing certain types of coral light up. Battery life seems decent, and build quality is better than with other Chinese dive lights I've tried.
