Thanks for the report. Apo Reef put Phillipines on the Scuba diving map some 50 years ago, but was badly bombed (perhaps also cyanided). Parts of the reef were turned into rubble. Declared a marine park some 25-30 years ago. Sounds like it has bounced back a bit.
