Varies day to day.
Today it was 5' or less off the beach, earlier this week there was 15' off the beach. Offshore typically enjoys more visibility, but its not a given.

did you get some diving in today Superbugman? Still in MA, still cold, a recent check of the weather showed it to be the warmest it has been all day. A balmy 20 degrees.
