Tropical Storm Henri's effects on the Tampa Bay area offshore vis is not that bad, at least off the coast of Pasco and Hernando. Went out Sunday and had 20 - 30ft vis in 70 ft, and down to about 20 or so more shallow, around 50 fsw. The farther away you get from the green water the better the vis.

And what is with the Hammerheads lately. For the second time in four weeks, I was unjustifiably accousted by one these monsters. This last one came up off the bottom. Oh well, a stringer full of dead fish does enhance your odds of these encounters...but I could do without the hammerheads for a while.
