Gulf conditions

Has anybody been out tyo the tanks or the tug orange or even the sheridan latyely...What have the conditions been? Water temp? What did you see and visibility?...Were looking to get in 1 dive before we go to mexico..

I was out at Veteran's Reef on Saturday. With a 15 knot wind, overcast skies, and scattered showers it wasn't exactly a chamber of commerce day, but we had fun anyway and it's always good to get wet. Vis. at Veteran's was around 20 feet. Water temp was 82 degrees. We did our second dive on a nearby ledge. Vis seemed a little better on the ledge. Starting to see more fish activity now that the water temps are starting to drop.

I haven't been out in ages :sad: Did a little shore dive a couple of weeks ago but that has been about it.

Well, NOAA is calling for 4 to 6's tomorrow and 3 to 5's for the next 2 days subsiding to 2 to 3's for the weekend.

well we need to go before thanksgiving because we would like to get a dive in before we go to mexico..
