Get Fit For Diving! - Expanding on GUE's commitment to fitness and diver capacity, GUE is proud to offer several fitness & nutritional seminars at this year's Conference.
Saturday & Sunday morning workouts:
Pilates for Divers: Join fitness trainers Sonya Tittle and Renee Neuman for an hour of Pilates geared specifically for divers. This fitness workshop will include a brief review of postural considerations for divers and tips on developing healthier movement patterns - both in and out of the water. Sonya is a GUE Instructor and Certified Pilates Fitness Trainer; Renee Neuman is a certified Pilates & Gyrotonic Trainer and owner of Evolve Pilates & Fitness.
Fitness through Running: Join Cameron Martz, GUE's Fitness Director, for an energetic hour of exercise. This running clinic not only provides participants with a great workout but also offers personal insight on training techniques including gait analysis and personalized tips toward improving your running mechanics and efficiency.

Evolved Fitness for Divers - Sonya Tittle & Renee Neuman
Many Pilates exercises have direct application to improve diving capacity and reduce personal injury. Experiment with the benefits of this renowned exercise program while in the company of fitness experts and diving enthusiasts. The small group setting is ideal for an informative and useful workshop.
Nutrition for Divers - Cameron Martz
Learn how to get the most out of your fitness and your life by expanding your knowledge of proper nutrition. This small group setting is ideal for personalized experience with GUE Fitness Director, Cameron Martz. Cameron is prepared to separate fact from fiction by reviewing fitness myths and articulating sensible nutrition strategies. You are also encouraged to bring your own questions to this workshop forum.
