Anyone have any information on the GUE Conference for 2024? I don't see it on the GUE calendar.

Trying to plan my diving for November, was planning to stay home the conference week and just do an extra overnight trip earlier in the month.

I could be wrong, but I was under the impression that the GUE Conference only happens every other year.

That was is what I thought, but I seem to remember one in 2022 and again in 2023.

I think it was a combination of covid and the 25th anniversary. Unless I'm completely out of the loop there is no conference this year.

That and DEMA being in Vegas means things won't be crazy until the holidays, which is nice.

GUE Conference happens every other year.. last year was an exception because of the 25 years anniversary.. The next one would be probably in November next year and there are rumors that will be again in high springs, florida

I believe GUE has set the dates for the 2025 Conference for November 8-9 in Florida.

CORRECTION: November 7-8, 2025

And DEMA is in Orlando 11th to the 14th.

November is going to be a fluster cluck.
Only fun part of dema being in town is watching piss poor divers who vacation cave dive every 3 years some down and look like complete ass in the caves. Even more fun is the guys who don’t get out of your way to exit or blind you with their lights as they pass.
Last time it was in town I had to hover and wait just over 4 minutes to pull my jump off the bone line because a team of 4 felt putting in their line was way more important than me trying to retrieve mine and exit

Or the gallery has so many divers waving their lights around randomly that it is almost impossible to use light signals to keep track of your team.

I am debating during DEMA week proper just head up to the Millpond for a week and make that all my diving in November.
