Guam Dive Shop and Diving Recommendation / Advice

Hi,

Buddy, I and some other friends will be going to Guam June 17 to 21. Would like to get some advices on the following:
- A good dive shop to take us diving.
- Is June 17 to 21 good time for diving?
- Should we bring full-foot or strap fins?

The plan:
- Buddy and I would like to have between 2 to 4 dives, preferably boat dives to see nice places.
- Buddy and I prefer to have a dive master / guide. Seems that a lot of diving in Guam are buddy dives.
- A couple of friends would like to do Discover SCUBA Diving.

Any suggestion or advice will be much appreciated. Thank you.
