just what the world needs, another newbie wanting to be a divemaster....anyway chucking the cubicle live and gonna head to a warm spot to learn how to dive, and if i live, maybe be able to take others out, time will tell. Scared but excited as im chucking all thats comfy and familiar to go to a strange place and "retool" myself.

So far heard good about Honduras and Belize, prob gonna stay in that region of the world due to $$$ and 2 four legged travelling buddies. Any feedback is welcome, look forward to checking out the forum and hopefully someday be able to give something back to it as well.

Welcome to the board!

Hello John,

why not start with this link: A beginner's guide to the ScubaBoard.Com forums.
It will give you lots of info regarding ScubaBoard.

Please fill out your Public Profile (and Dive Info) when you've got the time so we can get to know you a little bit better. If you want to, you can have a look at my Public Profile for inspiration. ;)

Have a look here as well: New Divers & Those Considering Diving.
