Hello Divers,
I spent several years wanting to try scuba diving but never got around to doing it. Finally, a couple years ago, I got Open Water and Nitrox certified and I'M HOOKED! So far, I have dove at Beaver Lake in Arkansas and Mermet Springs quarry in Illinois. I look forward to diving in tropical waters in the near future. I'm currently working on sidemount, limited vis, navigation, and deep certifications. Being located in the middle of the US, I see a drysuit in my future as well.

Definitely contact me some this summer - I'm new as well (last June) but try to get out at least once a week if I can. I've been diving in Table Rock, Beaver, Bull Shoals, the quarry in Rolla. Haven't made it to Mermet yet but it's on my list for the summer.

Mermet is a blast! I've been twice and have a trip scheduled to go back in June. I will also be hitting up Pennyroyal in Kentucky for one day on the same trip.
