Ari,

I use to spend one day of each trip working in Herzliya (near the building with the "Digital" sign that can be seen from Highway 2). There use to be a "Mom and Pop" lunch place at the bottom of the hill from the highway between a couple of garages and machine shops. Some of the best "All you can eat" home-cooking for 10 NIS.

Shalom! from Chicago.
As you said Israel is a small place. The size of New Jersey. But as they say, 'good things come in small packages'.
Welcome to the board from the line of Levi.

from another Canuck, in the second largest province in the second largest country in the world...........Ontario, Canada..........

You won't find a better place to spend your SI...............Lots of wisdom, humour, intelligent conversation ?? and the odd heated discussion :argue: but best of all you might find a friend or two..............................

Natasha,

That wouldn't be Levi Strauss, would it?!!! <G>

DD,
LOL. I was wondering if anyone would catch that. Yes, old man Levi was my Great Great Great Grandfather.
I wear the 505's.

Did he name any of his kids "Jean"?

LOL. My real name is Norma Jean. I changed it to Natasha, cuz it sounded more exotic than Marilyn.

And dyed your hair brunette to throw off the paparazi!! The guy in your picture must be your bodyguard. Lucky guy!

I don't know. I think I like the guy in your picture better.
