I just joined the forum and started posting in the underwater photography section. I am impressed at how helpful other members are.

A little about me. I became a certified diver in 2003 and went as high as advanced open water diver. I have also taken a number of specialty courses including enriched air, altitude and peak performance buoyancy. In 2005 I was diagnosed with a condition that put my diving on permanent hold. I am now cleared to be back in the water and very excited. I am going to do a tune up in the next month or two. I had surgery to repair a torn labrum in my shoulder in June and I am unable to lift a tank just yet.

My wife and I are planning a trip for next May which will include diving (I know, long time from now). She has her OW certification.

I am a topside photographer that is very keen on learning underwater photography. I have sold prints and won some photo competitions with my wildlife pictures.

Anyway, just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. See y'all around the forums.
