Hi Everyone,
I've been lurking for a while and have decided to join the fun. I'm an inexperienced OW diver with a "Discover" dive in St. Thomas, USVI and 5 post-cert dives in Beaver Lake, AR and Cozumel, MX.
I'm waiting for warmer weather so that I can do some more dives in Eastern Oklahoma and Arakansas. All the close-by lakes are tinted red and have a visibility of less than a foot (hence "Club Mud"), so the 10' - 20' visibilty at Beaver and Tenkiller looks great by comparison.
I really enjoy the forums, but I'm looking forward to changing from a "book smart" diver to a truly experienced one. I can see how it's easy to start thinking you know it all after doing a few dives and reading a bunch, so I'm counting on all of you to keep me humble and in a safe mindset.
