Greetings eveyone. I've been diving for a liitle over 20 years and get about 60-100 dives per years. Even though I tech dive and public safety dive, I don't want to boxed into a corner thinking that's the only kind of diving I do. I like to dive all kinds of places and tech diving is just another method to get me there. I now live in northern Virginia and just moved to the area a few months ago from the Pacific Northwest. I have a courious and inquisitive mind. I like to photography and video document dives.

I also like to climb, ski, hike, backpack, camp, run rivers, bike, play competitive sports especially volleyball and a few others. Most weather extremes are only a minor inconvenience.

I have been a public servant (gov. employee) for many years and have had a very fruitful and enjoyable career thus far. I don't drink or smoke and I take good care of myself. I'm not into heavy partying but I do like to have a good time.

I 'd like to dive some of the wrecks of the North Carolina coast. I'm heard lot's stories about some of this great wrecks.

Welcome to the board!

Well- I think it's a treat when experienced divers join us! Most are newbies, like myself, none-the-less all levels of experience are welcome here. 20 years experience is a bonus for SBers! Welcome to the board. I'm supposed to do a LDS group trip to NC this September. I've heard it's awesome! I'll bet it won't be long before you get offers from SB dive buddies in your area. 20 years... I'd even be willing to bet you'll have folks begging you to take them along! (keep me in mind for September!!!) :crafty:

Glad you've joined us. I think you will find a good variety of forums to try out here, and I bet your love the NC wreck diving. Let me know if I can help you around here...
