Recently had a second hand Zeagle Tech BCD given to me following my Open Water Certification. I did about 20 dives with it before I came out of the water and had a weight pocket torn right at the seam. My LDS said they didn't think there was much that could be done. However, I had seen the postings on here from the Zeagle folks and contacted Susan, sent photographs, and was encouraged to send it in for repair.
I had not known how old the BCD was when it was given to me and in addition to the repairs (which were very cheap) Susan helped me to date the BCD which turned out to be a late 90s-early 2000s Zeagle Tech.
Overall I've been absolutely thrilled to deal with Zeagle. I cannot emphasize how great the customer service was. I'll be coming back to Zeagle for future BCDs.
