Great Vis on Pensacola Beach!

We're getting reports of crystal clear water along Pensacola Beach and on all of the area wrecks today - "It's better than the springs" is what we've been told.

Lots of AJ and flounder reported on the 3 barges and Tex.

Great news had 100' vis in the caves this past weekend though

Split is right. We had 80+ on the Pete Tide and 60 - 70 on the Freighter this weekend. Vis is holding strong further inshore as well. You could see divers on the Barges from the surface and 60+ on the Liberty Ship an Tex Edwards. Some nice mackerel, a few flounder, some scamp grouper and a couple of gags as well as an outstanding cobia, shot right off the back of a very large bull shark, were brought back to the dock on Dr Dive. A good time was had by all and it's a great time to be diving, on any of the fine charter boats in Pensacola, and still plenty of time to get that dive you've been meaning to do all summer in while the water is still warm (80 degrees plus).
