I'd like to give kudos to Nautilus for their great service. I was having problem with my radio keeping a charge because of a firmware problem, I sent it in and they were able to resolve the problem. On my first dive after receiving it, it flooded. I sent it in again, and after doing alot of testing they replaced it. So warranties do work. I would like to than Mark Funston, and Jack Jaing for the help with my problems.
