Great movie to watch to get you in the mood

Highly recomended Coral Reef movie....

I know this belongs in the Movie forum, but I thought it could fit either place.
This is an Imax movie about Coral Reefs. Its great on a big screen.
Its called;
MacGiliview Freeman's: Coral Reef Adventure
It was an Imax film, and its procued by Big Picture productions, and Image Entertainment... Great movie about Coral Reefs

Nah, these were like really serious marine biologists. It was kinda serious, but really cool especially on big screen. i got it from Blockbuster.com

Not that I like touting the cable bohemouths (sp?), but I have comcast high def, and they have a channel called INHD. Every weekend they show a different IMAX movie in HD. I've seen a coral reef one--very cool.

This thread made me look through my DVD collection to see how many films I have pertaining to diving. Along with Coral Reef Adventure I also enjoy Whales, Search For the Great Sharks, Dolphins, Finding Nemo, Ghosts of the Abyss, The Abyss, Hidden Hawaii, Cocoon, the Blue Planet series, The Living Sea and of course, who doesn't get in the mood for "diving" after seeing Daryl Hannah nekkid in Splash.

I've seen the one that's the Turtle(s) narrating them also. It was pretty good. They play it at the IMAX at the Chattanooga aquarium.

I haven't seen the movie, but I was at one of the local theaters the weekend it was previewed and met two of the biologists. They were very nice and said the filiming took more than 6 months, not to mention that there was way more footage left on the cutting room floor than made it into the film.
