We timed our dive this morning to drop at high tide. Visibility was at least thirty-five feet with 54° below the thermocline. Only two Giant Sea Bass showed up today. I guess they were enjoying the good vis as well and went exploring.

Yeah, it has been cold with almost no thermocline. I was at the Cape Charles wreck off Pt Loma on Saturday and it was 52F at 160' and 55F at the 20' deco stop. Very glad I had my heated vest.
