Hola,

I would like to share an experience with you which I believe your readers will appreciate.

Several weeks ago, I spent the week on Cozumel and in one of the rougher bouts of turbulence I was swept away for a brief while. My camera, which cost several thousand dollars, fell off and was swept away in the currents.

The Dive was essentially uneventful except for the loss of my camera.

By some miracle a dive owner was escorting a group from Cancun and happened to have found my camera on the bottom. My name was on the camera. The dive leader posted his finding of the camera on the Cozumel website, and low and behold the camera was seen on the by someone on Cozumel website and saw the notice. She found out that I was staying at a hotel on the island.

I received a call from the dive shop owner in Cancun via a local person in Cozumel who asked me to return his call and identify the camera. He had a relative visiting him that week who fortunately agreed to return it to the United States with him he has since forwarded it by Federal express and I am awaiting the arrival of the camera.

I will always be grateful for Álvaro atALWAYSDIVING” in Cancun for the love of the ocean and those that dive with in it. Thank you so much for your kindness and courtesy and honesty.
