A small group of us had a Grand Cayman trip planned for next week ~August 9–14, but one diver had to back out last minute. That means we now have one queen bedroom open in our (kinda luxe!) oceanfront Airbnb at in West Bay– it’s even walking distance to Macabuca:

Since we’ll be sharing a condo, we’re just asking anyone joining to DM and share a bit about themselves — like a quick intro, dive cert level (AOW/Nitrox or higher is perfect), and maybe a LinkedIn profile, public trust certs pic, or a professional cert card pic. - Location: West Bay, Grand Cayman – oceanfront condo with killer sunset views
- Group: Three divers so far — all friendly, laid‑back, mid‑30s; all medical professionals (one couple + one married guy), my buddy bailed and I'm on the hook for his share.
Costs (shared evenly)- Airbnb (5 nights): $693.27 each (if 4 people) OR $462.18 each (if 6)
- Rental SUV: Already booked (just ~$15 each if 4 people, ~$10 if 6)
- Diving: Dive Tech package – $384/pp for 3 days (6 boat dives + unlimited shore dives on day of boat dives)
- Extra shore dives: ~$25/tank (expect ~4 more dives, ~$100)

- 3–4 dives/day: x2 - 2‑tank morning boat dives and 1 afternoon of boat dives (including the Kittiwake), then shore dives
- Casual but dive‑focused: We’re “newish” AOW divers with Nitrox cards — not hardcore or tech divers, just keen to log a lot of dives and have fun
- Surface intervals = chill time — lunch stops w. beers, beach hangs, and at least one dinner splurge at Eric Ripert’s Blue
Bonus Fun- Stingray City dive (or snorkel) trip
- Potential Rum Point sunset drinks
- Likely visit local spots like Peppers, Heritage Kitchen, and Calypso Grill
