How did you like Cobalt Coast/Divetech? I was there last month and seriously recommend taking another trip there. Inexpensive is kind of a subjective term, but I found their dive packages very affordable. We payed $1100 per person for 7 nights at CC and 6 days of 2 tank boat dives + unlimited shore diving. I would call and make sure the shore diving is open before you book, because when we where there the "december winds" were rolling in and the shore diving at Cobalt Coast was closed most of the week because of the rough water conditions. I dove Lighthouse Point (Divetech's second shore dive location) and it was amazing. I did 3 night dives there as well as 2 daytime shore dives and couldn't have been happier. If you are staying at CC, just let someone from Divetech know you want to go to Lighthouse point and they'll hop in a van and take you. The wall at Lighthouse point is very close to shore (the CC reef is a bit of a surface swim away) and is easy to navigate.
