these are the best ones i've eaten at personally:

1. Bed

2. Athena's (next to the Treasure Island Cafe)

3. Naked Fish (relatively cheap, great view, great fish)
 
Money no object-
Hands down the best food on the island is at Portafina on the East end. Get the lobster stuffed filet.....mmmmm
I'll be there at the end of this month.

Reef Grill also has some great fish
 
chicken chicken is very nice, and it's dirt cheap
