Does any of the dive operators in GC use steel tanks, a la LiquidBlue or LivingUnderwater in Cozumel?

Thanks in advance,
jwh

When we dove with DiveTech in June all they had were 80s. You might email DiveTech or Sunset House or Ocean Frontier and ask. I don't remember seeing any steel tanks there on any trip I have made.

I used to work for Sunset and so can confirm they do not have steel tanks, as a foot note i heard they are re-opening today, but will confirm. I dived with Ocean Fronteirs a little while ago and they were using aliminium tanks, same goes for Divetech. I don't think there are any commercial operators on island that use steel tanks. Largely because in the climate over here they would corode faster than aliminium.
