Gran Canaria Recommendation

Staying the south of Gran Canaria in mid to late August. We'll have a couple of newly certified junior open water divers. Looking for any advice or insight.

1. Dive shop recommendations. Currently looking at Scuba Sur and Blue Water Diving
2. Dive sites for novice divers. 12m max depth
3. Any general advice.

It's been a while but I enjoyed diving with Canary Home
(Canary Diving Adventures)
The diving is not spectacular in my opinion but would be a good fit for the young divers.
