Hi to everyone in the GLWC!

I just got OW certified end of October. Hoping to dive as much as possible around the Midwest from now on.

Got room in the GLWC for a new member from Rockford, IL?

Anyone diving Mermet or anywhere else during the winter and wouldn't mind a newbie joining them I would greatly appreciate the opportunity.

I will be sure to watch for any planned trips. Tough to get certified just before winter. I am going to Crystal River, FL in January though so that is something to look forward to before Spring. Probably taking a drysuit class at Mermet before then as well.

Welcome, the nice thing about living where we do is that Gilboa, Mermet and Bonne terre are all just about the same driving time. Then with Lake Michigan in our backyard it adds up to some great diving for us here in the Midwest.
