Got my tanks doubled,... finally

Well,... I just got back from a trip to South Dakota & whilst gone I finally got my LP 85's doubled up, at the encouragement of my instructor. I also got another regulator & some gauges & what not, so should now be all set. Man are those things heavy! I'm planning on going to Pennyroyal Sat. to "test drive (or in this case dive)" them with some people who are familiar with diving doubles (thank goodness- I won't have to try to do it alone). Hopefully I can get familiar with them quickly, so I can finish my Adv. Nitrox course soon. I'll let you all know how it goes after the dives Sat.

ScubaJennifer is going to try my LP 77-s for the first time Sunday. I am also taking the video camera along so it should be interesting.
I find doubles easier to dive then singles. Trimming them out can be a bit more difficult but other than that. Enjoy the extra long dives.

Hope you post the video. Although there won't be any cameras around at Pennyroyal to catch me flopping around, It would be interesting to see what I looked like. Of course scubajennifer may kill you for doing it....

Oh I am sure that the video will get posted someplace.

If Jennifer kills me then she doesn't get my doubles so she is in a lose, lose situation. Though if she kills me at Joe's they just might divide my gear amongst themselves.
