Initial impression is, very disappointed so far.

This was to supplement my other lights for my GoPro. Arrived with two issues. First is less of an issue, but the light is too heavy for the mini flex arm they provide. Two, and most important, it doesn't work. I charged it overnight, it indicated a complete charge with a solid green light, and won't even turn on. Battery dies IMMEDIATELY when I unplug. Best I can get is a tiny little flash of the light. Tried a different charger, left it all day, fully charged as indicated by a green solid light...same issue.

I've contacted Light and Motion. I know they won't really have a solution for the weak flex, and I can live with that; hopefully no hassle returning and replacing. This is my first dealings with them..

I feel as though the unit has potential, it appears to be very solid (probably why it's so heavy, and therefore too strong for the flex).

I assume you've already contacted L&M about this. I've had generally very good experiences with their customer service.

Yeah I'm hoping it goes well. Like I said just my initial impression. Very disappointing to see that the flex arm is also weak. That's not going to get fixed. The unit seems like it could be decent quality

I've edited my initial post because when I went back and read it, it seemed entirely too harsh. Crap does happen. It is disappointing to back a new project and get a dead light.
