Today marks the start of my diving fun. I did 2 dives yesterday. Palm Island Ferry and the Critter both of of Boca Grand Florida. Today went off the beach and made 2 dives plus the skin dive. Vis yesterday was 15 feet and today it was @ 7 feet.

Up here in Ohio the quarries have better vis than that! But I'm sure there are other places you can go (as long as there hasn't been a hurricane!). I know there are a lot of springs down your way. Enjoy your dives!

That's absolutely awesome ccso434! Too bad the vis wasn't great but sometimes that happens. Keep on diving, as often as possible......... it just gets better with experience. Thanks All. I own this new found intrest to Reefguy. Seems he wavied those megs in front of me 2 many times.
Well, I guess the West coast of Florida is no longer safe.Maybe we can go diving when the Red tide dissipates.

Y'all should come to the Vortoberfest2006! A whole weekend of SBing n diving the Vortex, Cypress and Morrison springs in the panhandle. For those that are not superstitious.... the festivities begin on Friday October 13th!:11:
