hey so cali buddies...

i posted this at the travel section as well, but i thought i'd ask here since we're all neighbors...

the wife and i want to go dive in 6/05....somewhere warm, relatively close, fun, great diving.....

so far, we've been to tahiti, hawaii, cozumel, catalina......

any suggestions would be much appreciated!

I've always been interested in the Flower Gardens of Texas. It's close, warm and has plenty of colorful tropicals.

anyone know of something that compares to cozumel??? ie. belize or bonaire?

what exactly IS close to us?! lol! i never was good at geography!

The only place I know of firsthand (new to diving)with great diving is at Negril or montego bay Jamaica. But Cabo might be nice in June.

The Keys (we dove off Key Largo) are a good destination. Direct flight to Miami (where you can spend a day on your way back).

Some nice wrecks, artificial reefs etc....
