Okay, got the GoPro in the mail. Everything was going well with installation until I got to the part where I was replacing the lens with my Mako flat lens.
I took the old lens off and put on the Mako lens and screwed back in. Seemed fine. BUT I noticed the new mako flat lens was loose. It was not going to come out or anything but you could definitely shake it around. Is this normal? Like I said, it was going to come out or anything and I probably couldn't force it out but it would shake around pretty well.
Is this normal or do I have a problem?
After a few times trying again, I took off the black ring/circular thingy off the old lense and stuck it below the new lense. It's still now but I am not sure if I am doing this right or just messing up the camera. Would love to know before I actually try it out and wreck it maybe!
Any insights?
